Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
We currently ship only to the contiguous United States, which includes the 48 mainland states.
At this time, we do not ship to the following locations:
Alaska
Hawaii
Guam
Marshall Islands
Northern Mariana Islands
Puerto Rico
U.S. Virgin Islands
Other U.S. territories or remote areas not supported by our carriers

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, severe weather, holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
The specific carrier for your order will be selected based on the shipping destination and available service options.
We offer shipping within the eligible U.S. shipping area based on the order value:
Orders of $34.99 or more: Free standard shipping
Orders under $34.99: $4.99 shipping fee
The final shipping cost, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Please note that shipping fees do not include any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges that may be collected separately by customs authorities or the carrier.
For orders shipped within the United States, applicable sales tax may be added based on your shipping destination. Sales tax rates are determined by state and local tax authorities and may vary by location.
The total sales tax, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
If you are eligible for sales tax exemption, please email your valid tax exemption certificate or verification form to support@micriva.com before placing your order.
Please include your full name, email address, and phone number when submitting your documents so we can process your request efficiently.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You may use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status on the carrier’s website.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, unpaid duties or taxes, or other delivery issues, we will contact you to arrange reshipment if possible.
Additional shipping charges, customs charges, or handling fees may apply for reshipment.
